Recent events imbue the Intero brand with added strength, marketing prowess and worldwide reach. In 2014, Intero Real Estate Services, Inc. was acquired by Berkshire Hathaway’s HomeServices of America, Inc. In addition, the brokerage firm expanded northward into California’s Wine Country. Nicki Naylor is spearheading that growth with the opening of an office in the Sonoma Valley.

The Intero Foundation

Intero Real Estate Services and its agents, brokers and employees are dedicated not only to the bottom line: they are passionate about giving back to the communities in which they live and work. It is with the belief that a healthy business thrives only in a healthy community that The Intero Foundation was formed. With a mission to “positively impact the growth and well-being of children” in the cities and towns served by the brokerage firm, the Foundation raises and donates funds for children’s education, health and personal development. To that end, Intero agents donate a portion of their earnings from every property they sell. In 2015 alone, for example, the firm’s agents and employees enriched the Foundation by more than $500,000, which, in turn, raised its endowment to over $1 million.
